1. Acceptance

By using bleFIND ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

bleFIND is a Bluetooth device finder that uses BLE scanning to help you locate nearby Bluetooth devices by signal strength. The App provides:

• Real-time BLE device scanning and listing
• Signal strength indicator to help locate devices
• Device filtering and identification

3. Important Limitations

• Detection relies on BLE signals. Devices with Bluetooth disabled will not appear.
• Signal strength is approximate and varies by environment.
• The App cannot locate devices that are powered off or out of BLE range.
• Device names shown are broadcast by the devices themselves and may be inaccurate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and in accordance with applicable local laws
• Not use the App to track, stalk, or monitor other people's devices without consent
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App

5. Privacy

bleFIND operates entirely on your device. No data is collected or transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bleFIND and bleRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bleRadar operates.
